Over the last 5 years I have made a series of dance-film works mainly starting with a series of collaborations and commissions with Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company and culminating in a Channel Four/ABC Australia/Arts Council commissioned film broadcast in 2008.

The works for stage are specifically designed and made for the stage and live performance. These are not video sets, but integral conceptual elements and a key components of the performance and final works, providing counterpoint and resonance against the choreography and music.

In 2001, I was commissioned by Shobana Jeyasingh to collaborate on a new work 'Phantasmaton' working with composer Jocelyn Pook and singer Natacha Atlas.

This successful touring collaboration for stage resulted in two further commssions with Shobana Jeyasingh '[hInterland' for Dance Umbrella 2002, filmed in India and 'Faultline' in 2007, shot in London.

'Faultline' was picked for the top ten pick of 2007 Dance by The Observer.

In 2007, I was commissioned by Channel 4, ABC Australia, and Arts Council England to make a film for 4Dance on Channel Four and ABC Australia shown in 2008.
